How do I receive my purchase?

Online courses open in your Psyche & Co. account: you'll get an email straight after purchase with your link in, and you can log in with the same email address any time. Downloads such as audiobooks and audio programs are emailed to you within minutes, and the download link is also on your order confirmation page.

What formats are they?

Courses play in your browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Audio downloads are MP3 and books are PDF. None of them need special software.

How long do I have access?

Courses are yours to watch whenever you like, for as long as you like. Downloads are yours to keep, and you can use the link in your order email as often as you need.

Do I need an account?

For courses, yes: your account is where they live, and it uses the email address you bought with. For downloads, no, though an account makes it easier to find past orders in one place.

Can I buy a title as a gift?

Yes. For a download, buy it as normal and forward the download email. For a course, get in touch after you buy and we will set it up under the recipient's email address.

Do you ship anything physical?

No. Everything on Psyche & Co. is digital, online courses and downloads, apart from in-person retreats.

What is your refund policy?

Digital content can be refunded within 14 days as long as you have not yet downloaded or accessed it, and we always fix or refund faulty files. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
