Residential retreats where the online work is done together, over days.
Some things cannot be learned from a screen: silence held in company, a practice taught body to body, the slow unclenching that only happens away from your own life. Our retreats bring the teaching into a room.
They are open to practitioners and laypeople alike, and are led by the teachers whose work we publish. Each retreat lists its dates, location, what the days hold, who it is for, and how to apply.
Upcoming retreats
Dates for our first retreats are being confirmed. If you would like to hear first when they open, register your interest and tell us roughly where you are in the world.
What a retreat is like
Mornings begin with practice: breath, movement, sitting. The days hold teaching sessions, time for questions, and long stretches with nothing scheduled at all. Evenings are quiet. You will leave with practices you can carry home, and the memory of having done them with others.
