Terms of service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website, psycheand.co, is operated by Psyche & Co., a trading name of NMP Collins Innovations Limited, a company registered in Ireland ("we", "us", "our"). Our contact details are set out in our Contact Information. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
2. What we sell
We sell digital content — online video and audio courses, audiobooks, ebooks, music and meditations — together with a small number of one-to-one services such as Spiritual Direction sessions, and places on in-person retreats. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product has been listed at an obvious pricing error, in which case we will refund you in full.
4. Delivery and access
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment. Downloads (such as audiobooks and audio programs) are sent by email and linked from your order confirmation. Online courses are available in your Psyche & Co. account and can be watched whenever you like. Please make sure the email address you give us is correct, as this is how we deliver your purchase.
5. Your licence to use our content
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, stream and use it for your own private, non-commercial purposes. All content remains the intellectual property of its authors and teachers, including Andrew Harvey, and of Psyche & Co. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, publicly perform or redistribute any content, or share your account access with others, without our written permission. Gifts are welcome: buying a product for another person to use is fine.
6. Course access
We intend course access to last for as long as Psyche & Co. offers the course. If we ever have to withdraw a course, we will give you reasonable notice and, where possible, a way to download or keep access to what you have bought.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Your rights to cancel and to a refund are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. One-to-one sessions and retreats
Sessions and retreats are offered for spiritual, educational and personal-development purposes. Any specific booking terms for a retreat (such as deposits, dates and accommodation) will be given to you before you book and will apply alongside these terms.
9. Health and wellbeing
Our courses, practices, meditations and self-reflection tests are offered for education and personal wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Please take care of yourself, practise within your own limits, and seek professional help if you are struggling.
10. Your account
If you create an account, please keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms, for example where content is being shared or redistributed.
11. Liability
We take reasonable care to make sure our content and website work as described. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses, and our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of Ireland or of the EU country where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to put it right.
